Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from IFLI Brand.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items  
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@iflibrand.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Returns (non-defective items)  
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- General wear or use

Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.

Refunds  
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Donation component  
Each apparel purchase includes a $10 contribution toward legal defense for immigrants. Once funds are allocated, this portion is non-refundable.
